				"The Morticians from Gadsden, Al was formed in Dec. 67 by Chris Whitehead, our manager. He rented an old hotel in East Gadsden we called the Morgue for our practices and we purchased a 1954 Cadillac Limo for transportation. We stayed together for about 3 yrs playing Alabama and Mississippi. We were one of the first integrated bands in our area".
